help me out ya'll

ok, so I have not been doing all that well with the whole working out and eating right thing. I will keep up with my photo food blog and I will show him what is really going on with me. I have a meeting with Todd on Monday April 10th and he really wants me to give him all I've got over the next few weeks.

This is what I have to do.....I am going to workout Monday-Friday....at 8am after I drop Anna off to school for 1 hour...Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 1/2 hr of cardio and weights....Tuesday and Thursday and 1 hr of cardio. Monday-Thursday I will walk for 1/2 hr on my lunch break at work.

He has me on a eating plan for my weight days and then something different for my cardio days. He has changed my protein intake to more almost 3 oz more per meal on my cardio days.

I made a promise to him and I will do it! I will keep up on my blog so I can show him what I am doing and if you want to keep up also please check it out....the blog is in my view profile page...I will keep up with it starting Thursday so check back with me.....any help or ideas are welcome. u've inspired me. i've been trying to lose about 20lbs for the past 6 mos, but i can't keep up with it. in nov. i was down 10lbs. but i didn't keep up and i've gained it all back. i'm going to start a food, workout blog. maybe this will keep me on track
