gas prices

I think the picture says it all! The prices are killing me. Who wants to tell my daughter that she can not have new school clothes because mom needs gas to get to and from work everyday???

I agree we hit $2.50 a gallon this week and I drive a diesel.

It is really getting out of control - I cannot even remember a time when gas was $1.50. And what's even worse is that we have no choice but to pay it!

We went to buy airfare tickets today and they went up $50 in three days. It's cheaper to walk.

Michele sent me today.

I know. Gas prices are killing us ALL. I usually go to Albertsons gas station to get my gas but here lately, they are even higher than the Shell's, Conoco's and 7-11's!!! Its gotten to the point now where I dont eeeeven want to go anywhere because of the price of gas(along with it being so darn HOT here!) Can we get a break here?!? Pleeeaaassseeee!!!

Thanks for the comment. The day after that, another colleague and I were talking and a comment was made and this girl laughed sooooo loud. I mean she rocked the building! I'm like, dude!! Shut up!

Its just one of those things where you really dont like this person and any and everything they do aggravates the hell out of you.

I just got back from putting some gas in my car..holy crap $2.51!! I only put in $20 worth and it didn't even seem to budge the gas gauge..Totally depressing it is. My car is a freakin gas hog too, but atm I can't afford to get a new one..Get's ya one way or the other doesn't it?
There was a movie on fx or some other cable channel not too long ago. I didn't get to see it and wanted to (wish I remembered the name) but the gas prices got up to over $5 a gallon!! and all hell broke loose..Very scary indeed

Fortunately, I live close to most places I go. My boyfriend spent $80 on gas last week due to his job being about 50 miles away. Yikes!

Here from Michele's.

Here my local station (which is the cheapest for a good few miles) has just gone up to 91p per litre, I've done the math and that works out about $7.40 per gallon! That's the price as it went up on Wednesday, I've just today heard that by the end of this month it's likely to hit £1.00 per litre (I'm enjoying math today!) and that works out at about $8.15 per gallon. Needless to say that I try not to use the car too much and walk as much as possible!

I paid $2.44 at CostCo in Eden Prairie (Minneapolis) this morning. The news reported it was over $3 in San Fran. I still don't see any fewer Hummers on the road, though...

I feel guilty for it takes a lot more than 45 bucks to fill mine up when it's near empty and I don't drive a Hummer. Neat graphic and a nice looking site.
