Birthday
Today is my hubby's B-day. I had to work my "I hate this job so much" part-time job today and it was not good. I was ready to tell them to "take this job and shove it" but I was good. I'm going to get ribs for my honey from his favorite rib place because I am such a good wife to him.
He is not much into the whole "happy birthday" thing but I always make sure that we do something special for his birthday...I started out by not making a big deal about it because he did not seem real into it...but Anna make a huge deal about it. For his birthday she wants me to buy him a new truck for my birthday I get a hug and an "I love you" letter from Anna. I guess it is the mom thing. Every holiday it is the same thing.

Mothers are as happy with a hug and a "I HAD to make it at school mom" birthday card as daddies are with promised trucks from their kids, they never get, becuase mom would not come to the store and buy one :) You at least have a card, he will never get that truck!

OMG, I wasn't here for a while and now you are MARRIED? I had no idea! I gotta get around her more often. Congrats, and happy birthday to hubby!
My husband has to have lobster on his birthday. But he has to cook his himself!
Don't get me wrong I like lobster but I'd much rather have someone else cook it for me. It's the whole sticking a live creature in boiling water that turns me off!

congrats, and anna gives you more love in that hug and the card then there's in a truck. She just loves her mommy and gives her daddy a truck, I would go for the hug
