I do not believe
I just want to say that I have no faith in the court or the cops. I can explain all of this in a later post. If I tried to explain it now you would be really confused. I will say that I have been to court over Anna in two very draining cases. I can not explain how much these cases have hurt my family.
I took Anna from James this weekend and I am not sure if we will have a court battle or not. I blame everything that has happened on mom and dad and James. More my family then anything else(James is to stupid to do this on his own). There is a major wedge between us!
I still talk to my parents on a must talk to basis only. I can't cut all ties with them yet and trust me there is a reason(they are all psycho!). As I go through all of my James stories and bring you up to speed I will explain all the court battles.

Oh my. I just read these last several posts. That is jsut too sad. I sure hope you can keep her away from James for good! I cannot even imagine what you must be going through!
just want to say that i hear ya. different justice system (we're in canada eh?) but same old thing im bettin.
i had to fight real hard for my daughter to be adopted by my husband - even though he raised her from the time she was a baby and her bio dad hadnt seen her for a couple of years at that point. cuz he just couldnt be bothered and that.

Trust me...I have been going through the same thing...James has been lock up 95% of her life.
