I feel naked with out it on.

jersey girl~
this happens way to much! I guess all I can about what happend is learn a lesson and move on. They said that the kids would still be alive if they were wearing seatbelts.

erin~
thanks for the comment. The driver with the kids in the car was drunk and did get away better than anyone else in his car. He was out of the hospital the same night.

seeingdouble~
you put that well!

nick~
The saddest part is that the drunk driver had all those kids in the car with hima nd the mother still let him drive.

P.S.~ I found yours because you posted on mine.Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10139848568999307059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9904847.post-1116538516149249272005-05-19T16:35:00.000-05:002005-05-19T16:35:00.000-05:00Its so scary to think the parents put the kids in ...Its so scary to think the parents put the kids in that position.True Jersey Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15494338963360041438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9904847.post-1116513445437209812005-05-19T09:37:00.000-05:002005-05-19T09:37:00.000-05:00I couldn't get into the article, but it sounds sim...I couldn't get into the article, but it sounds similar to something that happened to me in highschool. My boyfriend's mom was driving us home and I forgot something in his house. I ran to get it and continued home...An accident had just happened when we were almost there...a drunk driver had swerved over from the opposite side of the road and killed the driver in front of us...the accident was only minutes old. I went home and called 911...had I remembered my purse..it would've been us..not only were we not wearing seatbelts...but the passenger seat was pushed forward in front of me so I could fit in the backseat. I would've been dead for sure. I normally wear my seatbelt..but wasn't for some reason that night. Now every time I get into a car and think about not wearing one...I think about that night. Karma...thanks for sharing ;0) Take what you can from that and hold onto it...it may save your life one day.J&J's Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16238981217783805251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9904847.post-1116508146450382402005-05-19T08:09:00.000-05:002005-05-19T08:09:00.000-05:00Yikes that is so sad. :(Yikes that is so sad. :(Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17769309048120155689noreply@blogger.com
